We are currently studying a series called ‘Grow Up’
1 Peter 2:1 – Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.
The Christian life is a journey that is onward & upward.  What is so disheartening to me is to see people that have come to Christ years ago and they have never grown in Christ instead they have grown complacent, grown lukewarm, grown cynical and so on.  The Bible talks about those who are Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth (2 Tim 3:7)

People can spend a lifetime attending church learning all kinds of things, but never truly learning Christ, never coming to know Him, never growing in intimacy with Him.

The start of the Christian journey begins, not when a baby is baptized, not when a child is confirmed but when a person acknowledges their sin and turns in repentance towards God, places their faith & trust in what Jesus did on the cross & now walks in newness of life, as a new creation.

In this teaching series we will learn how to become a mature Christian & how to live a life in the Spirit.
